FPS Templates
Create fps games with Summer Engine. Get inspired by templates below, or start from scratch with AI.
A first-person shooter puts the camera behind the gun and asks the player to aim, move, and react in the same breath. Everything depends on feel: how fast you turn, how the weapon recoils, how clearly an enemy reads at a distance, and how forgiving the hit detection is up close.
An FPS template gives you that working from the first run. A first-person controller with mouse look, a shooting system, enemies that take damage, a health and ammo loop, and a camera tuned for aiming are wired together so you can play instead of plumb. With Summer Engine, the AI game engine compatible with Godot 4, you build on it by talking: ask for a sprint, a reload animation, a new weapon, or smarter enemy cover, and the AI edits the scripts and scenes with you while you keep playtesting the shoot-feel.
