Defensive gear is how an RPG shows progress without saying a word. A rusty helm becomes a horned greathelm. A wooden buckler becomes a tower shield. This collection gathers armor, shield, and helmet art across the catalog, covering plate sets, kite and round shields, helms, and full equipment icons for inventory screens. Use them as equippable gear that changes the player sprite, as loot drops from a boss, or as the icons in a crafting and upgrade menu. Place a shield in Summer and ask the engine to add a block stance that reduces damage, slot a helmet into an equipment system, or show armor in an inventory grid, all built in chat. Summer is compatible with Godot 4, so each item imports as a normal sprite or icon you can tier up and recolor. Most of this gear is free under CC0 or similar open licenses that suit commercial games, while a few pieces request attribution as shown on the asset. Always verify the license before release.
