Create AssetCloud and Sky Assets
Clouds set the weather and the mood of an outdoor scene, and as parallax layers they add the depth that makes a 2D world feel three-dimensional. This collection collects cloud and sky art across the catalog: fluffy cartoon clouds, storm clouds, wispy strands, and full sky backdrops for day, sunset, and night. Use them as a scrolling parallax background, drifting clouds in a platformer sky, the backdrop of a flying level, or weather you can dynamically darken into a storm. Drop a cloud into Summer and ask the engine to scroll it for parallax, drift several at different speeds for depth, or fade in storm clouds on an event, all built in chat. Because Summer is compatible with Godot 4, each cloud imports as a standard sprite ready for a ParallaxBackground layer. This is a focused set that clears the gate and pairs naturally with the platformer collection. Most sky art is free under CC0 or similar open licenses appropriate for commercial use, with attribution-only pieces noted on their pages. Verify before you ship.

Most assets in this collection are free to use under permissive CC0 or similar open licenses, which makes them safe for commercial games. A few entries carry attribution terms. Always confirm the license shown on the individual asset before you ship.
