Hidden Object Templates

Create hidden object games with Summer Engine. Get inspired by templates below, or start from scratch with AI.

A hidden object game is a calm, focused hunt. You are given a richly detailed scene and a list of things to find, and the pleasure is in the search itself: scanning a cluttered room, spotting the one item tucked behind another, and steadily clearing the list. It is approachable, relaxing, and quietly addictive.

A good starting point is a detailed scene with findable objects, a checklist that updates as you find them, click or tap detection on the right spots, and a clear win when the list is clear. The craft is in scene composition and difficulty: items hidden well enough to challenge but fair enough to find.

Because Summer Engine is an AI game engine compatible with Godot 4, you build those scenes by describing them: ask for a new room with a fresh item list, a hint that highlights one object, a timer for a score challenge, a zoom on a cluttered corner, or a found-item animation, and the AI wires the scene and detection with you while you play through to confirm every object is findable and the difficulty feels right.
