Escape Room Templates

An escape room is a single space packed with secrets. You examine everything, combine items, solve interlocking puzzles, and work toward the satisfaction of the door finally opening. The genre rewards careful attention and the click of realizing how two clues fit together.

A template gives you that framework running: an interactable environment, an inventory for clues and items, puzzles that gate progress, and a win condition that opens the exit. With Summer Engine, the AI game engine compatible with Godot 4, you build puzzles by describing them: ask for a locked drawer that needs a code found in a painting, an item you combine from two parts, a hint system, or a second room, and the AI wires the interactions and logic with you while you play through to make sure it is solvable and fair.
