The Surgeon

Generated from: Full body portrait of a tall slim Black man in his early fifties standing alone in a flooded hospital corridor, ankle-deep black water on the floor. Completely new character concept: a calm survivor who was a surgeon. He wears a heavy rubber apron over green scrubs, both heavily bloodstained. Dark nitrile gloves on his hands. In his right hand a large bone saw, in his left a long scalpel, both raised slightly at his sides. His surgical mask is pulled down to his chin. Expression is utterly composed, almost clinical. A single cracked fluorescent tube flickers above him; faint amber emergency light spills from a doorway behind. Clinical white and deep crimson accent. Dark cinematic photorealistic style, deep shadow, rain through a broken ceiling, black water reflections.
