Pixel Art Lollipop

Edited image: Rebuild this lollipop as a strict pixel-art cell matrix, not a smooth illustration. The output image must be exactly a 50x50 logical grid: exactly 50 equal-width columns and exactly 50 equal-height rows spanning the entire square sprite area. Each logical cell must be filled with exactly one flat solid color, with hard boundaries aligned to the cell edges. No logical cell may contain more than one color.
