Mr Bankear Laughing Sky

Generated from: Classic mid-20th-century cartoon illustration, vertical portrait poster, one single character. Subject: "Mr Bankear", a short stout middle-aged banker villain shown huge and looming, filling the frame from the chest up, head tilted back in a big mocking belly-laugh, mouth wide open in a radiant good-natured grin, one eye in a playful wink. Design: completely BALD round chubby head, prominent rosy pink cheeks, small black bead eyes with no visible pupils or irises, small round nose, and a very large thick WHITE HANDLEBAR MUSTACHE covering almost the whole upper lip. He wears a tall shiny BLACK TOP HAT with a wide EMERALD GREEN band wrapping the base of the hat, a black three-piece formal suit with tailcoat, a very pale pink peach dress shirt, a crisp white collar and a large elegant BLACK BOW TIE. A monocle on his right eye and a silver-handled cane. Style: clean thick well-defined black outlines, flat solid vibrant flat colors, simple cel shading, no gradients, no texture, no rendering, explicitly NOT photorealistic and NOT 3D. Composition: his huge laughing face and top hat dominate the upper two thirds of the vertical frame; the bottom third falls away into deep dark navy night sky with simple flat dark clouds. Keep overall values mid-to-dark, keep the top center area mottled mid-tone dark sky and hat silhouette, no pure white and no busy bright detail behind the top center. No lettering, no words, no logos, no watermark, no user interface elements anywhere in the image.
