Medieval Wizard HUD Bar

Edited image: Simplify the HUD while preserving the existing medieval wizard health bar, its ornate dark iron and antique-gold frame, wizard crest, ruby-red fill, and transparent background. Remove the current integrated TP compartment, rune, ring, and labels. Add one simple, thin horizontal teleport cooldown strip directly attached underneath the health bar, running almost the full length of the main bar like a narrow secondary bar. Use a subtle dark-gold frame, a clean arcane blue fill, and a small minimal teleport rune at the left edge. No large text, no separate panel, no bulky ornament, no extra icons. Keep it elegant, compact, readable, front-facing, and game-ready with transparent background.
