Medieval Wizard Health Bar

Edited image: Use the original medieval wizard health-bar design as the source of truth: preserve its exact ornate dark-iron and antique-gold frame, wizard crest, ruby-red health fill, proportions, and clean transparent background. Add a very simple thin teleport cooldown bar directly underneath the main health bar, attached to it, but make the cooldown bar less than half the length of the health bar—about 35% of its width, centered under the left or middle section.
