Medieval Wizard Health Bar

Edited image: Keep the original medieval wizard health bar completely unchanged: same ornate dark-iron and antique-gold frame, wizard crest, ruby-red 100/100 health fill, proportions, and transparent background. Only shorten the thin teleport cooldown bar underneath: make it exactly about half its current length, approximately 15–18% of the main health bar width. Keep it attached directly beneath the health bar, simple and centered under the left side, with the same subtle dark-gold outline and small arcane blue fill. Do not redesign or alter the health bar, do not add text, panels, ornaments, or extra icons.
