Matte Aged Plaster Texture

Edited image: Brighten and rebalance this greyscale roughness map for matte aged plaster. The plaster should read as a very light grey around 90 percent white (very matte), with only subtle soft mottling: slightly brighter spots where paint has flaked off and the plaster is chalkier, slightly darker spots where the surface is a little smoother. Flat, even, unlit greyscale with no shadows, no highlights, no vignette, no gradient, no border. Square and seamless on all four edges. No text.
