Literal Cut-out Game Background

Keep ONLY her RIGHT shin and knee: the near-side lower leg of the lateral profile, the one drawn in FRONT, exactly as painted in the input, including the calf and any painted cloth over the shin. Extend the kept piece about 25 percent of the shin length past the knee joint up into the thigh, and about 25 percent past the ankle joint down over the top of the foot, so both joints have overlap. Everything else - thigh above that overlap, pelvis, torso, head, arms, other leg, robes, hair, accessories - is erased and replaced by a flat uniform pure magenta background (#FF00FF).
