Literal Cut-out Game Background

Keep ONLY her RIGHT foot and ankle: the near-side bare foot of the lateral profile, the one drawn in FRONT, exactly as painted in the input, with the same toes, the same sole line and the same painted shading, flat on the ground. Extend the kept piece about 25 percent of the foot length past the ankle joint up into the shin, so the ankle joint has overlap.
