Literal Cut-out Game Background

Keep the shoulder cap and the upper arm exactly as painted in the input. Extend the kept piece about 20 percent of the upper-arm length past the elbow joint into the forearm, and about 20 percent past the top of the shoulder into the torso, so both joints have overlap.
