Krelos Plaza flooded night background

Generated from: Anime key-art background painting for a narrative JRPG. Clean 2D anime film background style, soft cel shading, subtle brush texture, rich dark night-city palette, deep blue night with distant warm window lights, cinematic wide establishing shot, empty of people, no text and no lettering. Low-contrast calm centre and a simple uncluttered midground: all fine detail pushed to the far wall, the edges and the upper third of the frame. Subject: a flooded city plaza at night, a large community notice board and long benches standing in shallow black water, the city skyline reflected in the flood, wide stone steps and the edge of a fountain, tall facades receding at the sides.
