Image: Add a wristwatch on this girl's left wrist, sized

Generated from: Add a wristwatch on this girl's left wrist, sized like a real child's watch — a pink strap wrapped around the wrist with a small round white face, sitting snug on the arm, not oversized. Thick dark outlines so it reads clearly. Change NOTHING else at all: same girl, same face, same hair, same pyjama, same standing pose with arms at her sides and feet together, same size and position in frame, same plain white background, same flat vector cartoon style with thick outlines.
