Arcane Teleport Cooldown Bar

Edited image: Keep the main medieval wizard health bar completely unchanged: same ornate dark-iron and antique-gold frame, wizard crest, ruby-red fill, proportions, and transparent background. Edit only the tiny cooldown strip underneath. Remove the current cooldown strip and replace it with a simple horizontal teleport cooldown bar whose total width is exactly about 20% of the main health bar width. It must be visibly twice as long as the current 10% version, but still much shorter than the health bar. Keep it directly attached beneath the left side, with a thin subtle gold outline and a small arcane blue fill. No text, no separate panel, no extra icons, no changes to the health bar, transparent background.
