# v0.5.61 — A steadier editor and reliable template projects

## Highlights

* Template projects now extract their root files into the correct project folder
* The editor starts faster by avoiding invisible web surfaces until they are needed
* Shutdowns, crash reporting, and long-running command cleanup are more reliable

* Hidden web surfaces suspend and resume with less background rendering work
* Active agent work receives full-speed processing while idle work stays within a bounded editor budget
* Crash reports authenticate after a normal sign-in and retain stronger source context

Fixed
* Root-level files from project templates no longer extract into an invalid res: directory on Windows
* Windows shutdown terminates active shell work without leaving the editor stuck indefinitely
* Repeated Windows display work releases native graphics resources correctly
